Otto Carius
Otto Carius was a German tank commander in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He is best known for his command of the Tiger I tank and is credited with destroying over 150 enemy tanks, as well as numerous other armored vehicles and artillery pieces. Carius was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves for his extraordinary bravery and leadership.
