Pantelis Velenzas
Pantelis Velenzas has spent more than two decades building, leading, and advising in high-pressure environments across retail and consumer goods. He has coached and trained more than 30,000 professionals in over 30 countries.
As an entrepreneur, he has partnered with leading international brands including Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Superdry, and Hershey’s. He has also held senior executive roles at Hellenic Duty Free Shops S.A. and Dufry AG.
Velenzas studied business, education, and technology. He holds a doctorate and master’s from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s from Harvard University, a master’s from SDA Bocconi, and a bachelor’s degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
He currently lives in Athens, Greece, and provides advisory services to founders and leaders.
