Quintin Jardine
Quintin Jardine was born in the West of Scotland and grew up as a Sergio Leone fan. He was educated in Glasgow, where he pursued careers in journalism, government propaganda, and political spin-doctoring. After an incident in 1984, he moved into media relations consultancy before becoming a crime writer. Now, forty novels later, he never looks back.
