Robert Kirkman
Robert Kirkman is a comic creator who has achieved significant success in adapting his comic book titles into major franchises across various media. In 2010, his Eisner Award-winning series, The Walking Dead, was adapted into an AMC television series, becoming a global phenomenon and the highest-rated basic cable drama of all time. The property has expanded into a successful game franchise and licensing business.
Kirkman’s other comics include Oblivion Song, Die!Die!Die!, Invincible, Outcast, Super Dinosaur, Battle Pope, Astounding Wolf-Man, and Thief of Thieves.
Kirkman also serves as a consulting producer on The Talking Dead, a talk show hosted by Chris Hardwick. He is the co-creator, writer, and producer of Fear the Walking Dead, a companion series to The Walking Dead.
He is also an executive producer of the AMC series Robert Kirkman’s Secret History of Comics and the Korean pre-apocalyptic drama, Five Year. His comic, Outcast, was adapted for Cinemax. Invincible is being adapted into a live-action movie for Universal and an animated series for Amazon, with Kirkman as an executive producer on both.
Robert is the Chairman of Skybound Entertainment, which he co-founded with David Alpert to champion creator rights and ensure creators retain intellectual property rights and creative control.
Charlie Adlard is the Eisner Award-nominated artist and co-creator of The Walking Dead. He has also co-created books such as Rock Bottom, Codeflesh, White Death, and drawn the French album Breath Of The Wendigo. He plays the drums in his band Cosmic Rays.
