Robert Raczka
Bob Raczka is the author of the art appreciation series, Bob Raczka’s Art Adventures. He studied both art and advertising in college and has worked as an advertising writer for over 30 years. Bob has published more than 30 children’s books, and his work has received multiple awards. His first poetry book, Guyku: A Year of Haiku for Boys, earned him the Claudia Lewis Award, and Niko Draws a Feeling received a Charlotte Zolotow Honor. Bob lives in Illinois with his wife Amy and their three grown children, Robert, Carl, and Emma, as well as their two dogs, Penny and Pippa.
Simone Shin is an award-winning illustrator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She specializes in children’s book and editorial illustration and won the Gold Medal in Uncommissioned Illustration from the Society of Illustrators.
