Rubee Singh

Rubee Singh is Assistant Professor of Human Resource at the Institute of Business Management, GLA University, India, and a Post-Doctoral Researcher (D.Litt.) at Kumaun University, Nainital. She holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in Management and has over twelve years of teaching and research experience. Her research focuses on sustainability, digital and sustainable HRM, circular economy, net zero transitions, Industry 4.0/5.0, artificial intelligence, and innovation management. She has authored and edited more than forty academic books and published over one hundred research papers in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals.

Vikas Kumar is Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) at the University of Portsmouth, UK, and a Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Exeter, UK. With a strong global academic profile, he has published over 350 research papers and several scholarly books. He has a Google Scholar H-index of 82 and has received more than 23,000 citations. His research interests include circular economy, net zero emissions, sustainable supply chains, Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

Gagandeep Kaur is Senior Associate Professor of Law at the School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, India. A Gold Medalist in both LL.B. and LL.M., she holds a Ph.D. in Law. With over eighteen years of academic experience, her expertise lies in cyber law, information technology law, cybercrime, digital evidence, and data protection. She has authored numerous books and 50+ research papers and actively contributes to national and international academic forums.

Jacinta Dsilva is Research Director at SEE Institute, Dubai, UAE, and an accomplished researcher, strategist, and academic leader with over twenty years of experience across academia and industry. She completed her Ph.D. from Coventry University, UK. Her research specializations include sustainability, circular economy, green technologies, Industry 4.0, and artificial intelligence. She has published more than twenty academic books and over seventy-five research papers in Scopus-indexed and peer-reviewed journals.

Amit Joshi is Professor and Dean at the Faculty of Management, Kumaun University, Nainital, India. He holds a Ph.D. from Kumaun University and has over two decades of academic and international research experience. His research interests span marketing management, consumer behaviour, strategic management, sustainability, digital HRM, climate change, and circular economy. He has supervised several doctoral scholars, edited academic volumes with reputed international publishers such as Springer and Emerald, and published more than sixty research papers in peer-reviewed, UGC-CARE, and Scopus-indexed journals.
