Jassy Davis is a recipe developer and food writer with a particular love for classic cocktails and comfort food. Originally a food blogger, she has created dishes and drinks for brands including Abel & Cole, Ocado Magazine, Pit Magazine, Sainsburys Magazine, London Evening Standard, Lovefood, Huffington Post and Grokker. She lives in Brighton.

Lance Mayhew has over 20 years’ experience in the world of cocktails and spirits. He is the former contributing writer for About.com on whisky and professional bartending and is an experienced journalist, contributing to publications such as Mutineer magazine, Tasting Panel magazine, and Imbibe magazine. Lance has appeared as a guest speaker at several culinary festivals and trade shows, including the Craft Beverage Expo and the Las Vegas Nightclub and Bar Show, as well as serving on the original advisory board for a whiskey-centric website. His cocktail creations have been showcased in publications such as MIX magazine, Imbibe, and Left Coast Libations, and his bartending and mixology have been featured in The New York Times, Mix, and The Oregonian. In 2008, the Beverage Network named Lance one of America’s “Ten Trendsetting Mixologists.” Lance is both a certified Specialist of Spirits and a Specialist of Wine, accredited by the Society of Wine Educators.

Colleen Graham is a seasoned mixologist and writer with a passion for creating and sharing great cocktails and mixed drinks that enrich everyday life. She has spent over a decade bartending and writing about cocktails for The Spruce Eats. Over this time, she has researched and reported on many aspects related to the art and practice of creating fine drinks. Colleen is also a cocktail consultant, designing themed cocktail menus and individual drink recipes for a variety of restaurants and bars.

Ruby Taylor loves working with patterns and fun, modern color palettes, as well as typography and lettering, and anything that smacks of vintage signage. Ruby works mostly on a mix of editorial illustrations and print, fashion, and stationary design, as well as murals and screen prints. She is the illustrator of the entire Made Me Do It cocktail book series for HarperCollins: Prosecco, Gin, Tequila, Whisky, Vodka, Rum, and Rose.
