“I love this book.” - Nigella Lawson
“This charming book is filled with exquisite Indian recipes most coming, rather specifically, from the Rushdie family kitchen. These are home recipes, the kind that I have always liked best. How lucky we all are to have Sameen share them with us.” - Madhur Jaffrey
About The Author
Sameen Rushdie
Sameen Rushdie first learned to cook from her mother, inheriting family recipes and secret tips that were passed down to her orally. She has professionally taught Indian Cookery to Adult learners, but her greatest pleasure now lies in teaching the next generation from amongst her close family and friends. She loves the fact that she can break down barriers and simplify the process to suit a modern lifestyle without compromising the authenticity of the cuisine.
