Sarah Minnick
Sarah Minnick is a James Beard Award-nominee (Outstanding Chef, 2025, and Best Chef: Northwest, 2020) and the acclaimed chef-owner of Lovely’s Fifty Fifty in Portland, Oregon. She opened the restaurant in 2010 with her mother and sister. Her pizzas and ice cream are celebrated, and she was one of only six chefs worldwide featured in Netflix’s Chef’s Table: Pizza. In 2017, she received the Best Pizza award at Identità Golose in Milan, Italy. Sarah is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design.
