A former longtime New York Times art director and co-chair and co-founder emeritus of SVA’s MFA Designer as Entrepreneur program, Steven Heller is the author, co-author, or editor of 200 books on design and culture. He is a recipient of the Smithsonian National Design Award for “Design Mind” and the AIGA Medal for Lifetime Achievement.
