Tom Smith

Roger Connors and Tom Smith are three-time New York Times best-selling authors and are recognized as the foremost authorities on personal accountability. They are widely known as “the Oz guys” due to their groundbreaking bestseller, The Oz Principle: Getting Results Through Individual and Organizational Accountability. For the past 25 years, Connors and Smith have coached and consulted with some of the world’s top business leaders and organizations. They are the cofounders of Partners In Leadership, LLC, a leadership training and management consulting company renowned globally for its accountability training services. The leaders they have mentored have achieved industry superstar status and are considered highly influential figures in their respective fields.
