In ‘Sanity and Sainthood’ he takes readers on an entertaining and informative exploration of the ways the dharma and psychology offer practitioners a mutually supportive environment for healing and self-discovery. Sharon Salzberg, bestselling author of Lovingkindness and Real Life

Tucker Peck brings the experience of being both a practicing clinical psychologist, and a meditation teacher who has led dozens of retreats worldwide, to this eminently practical text. If you’re interested in what meditation can (and can’t!) do for you, this book is a great place to start. - Michael Taft, bestselling author and host of the podcast Deconstructing Yourself
