Vanessa Frake
Vanessa Frake is a former Head of Security and Operations at Wormwood Scrubs. In 2012, she was awarded an MBE for her service to the prison service. After 26 years, she retired early from her role, choosing to leave while government funding was still robust and her position was going well.
Currently, Vanessa has made a significant career change and now bakes cakes at Angela Reed’s Cafe. She also dedicates her time to volunteering at Wood Green animal sanctuary.
