VERNE HARNISH

Verne Harnish is the founder of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global network with over 18,000 members. For fifteen years, he founded and chaired EO’s CEO program at MIT, where he continues to teach.

He is also the founder and CEO of Scaling Up, a global executive education and coaching company with over 290 partners worldwide. For the past four decades, Verne has focused on helping companies scale.

Verne is a Global Scaleup Fellow at The Entrepreneurship Center at Harvard. He authored Mastering the Rockefeller Habits, The Greatest Business Decisions of All Times (with a foreword by Jim Collins), and Scaling Up (Rockefeller Habits 2.0), which has been translated into 26 languages and received eight international book awards. He also co-authored Scaling Up Compensation and his latest book is Start to Scale.

He serves on several boards, including vice chair of The Riordan Clinic, co-founder and chair of Geoversity, and board member of the social venture Million Dollar Women. As a private investor, Verne also enjoys playing piano, tennis, and performing magic as a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians.

KEVIN DAUM

Kevin writes a popular column for Inc.com and hosts the podcast 10 Minute Tips from the Top, where he interviews YPO CEOs. A graduate of the Birthing of Giants program at MIT, he was a longtime member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, where he served on various boards and founded its Silicon Valley chapter. Kevin holds a theatre degree from Humboldt State University and an MS in media management from Fordham University, where he teaches media and entrepreneurship as an adjunct professor.

ANNE MARY CIMINELLI

Anne Mary Ciminelli is an associate editor at TAE International, where she handles research, writing, copyediting, and project management. She also has experience consulting for small businesses on business plans, partnerships, and grant applications.

Anne Mary co-authored the Amazon bestsellers Building Your Custom Home For Dummies, 12 Lessons in Business Leadership: Insights from the Championship Career of Tom Brady, and Getting the Most for Selling Your Business: How to Get Top Dollar for the Company You’ve Nurtured for Years.

She is a graduate of the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and holds an MBA and a JD from Fordham University. Anne Mary resides in Potomac, Maryland.
