What They're Saying

Critics Review

Positive Parenting for Autism is a great introduction to applied behavior analysis for parents of kids with autism, who are suddenly faced with the panic of trying to decipher truth from myths of effective interventions. To those parents I say, relax and read this book. The truth is here!”–Mark R. Dixon, Ph.D., BCBA-D, Author of the PEAK Relational Training System
“As a parent of an adult child diagnosed with autism, it is important to have books like Positive Parenting for Autism that empower guardians to assist those family members in achieving their goals. This book investigates reasons for behaviors and reinforcement techniques. The author did an excellent job of recognizing parents as the experts on their children, and teaching the skills of clinicians to caregivers.”–Rebecca Goss, M.Ed., LPC
