SCOTT MCCALLUM has acquired an alchemist-like knack for creating cocktails from over a decade of service experience--from running a busy 10-room Montreal B&B, to serving for Toronto's most reputable event staffing company, and being a part of the food and beverage team at one of Canada's most iconic concert venues, Massey Hall. His talents have been utilized for events with themed cocktail menus, weddings, and an ongoing pop-up cocktail restaurant project and for food stories printed in Food & Drink magazine. VICTORIA WALSH is food editor for Grapevine and previously food editor for Today's Parent. She writes for a variety of Canadian publications, including Food & Drink, Toronto Life, Glow, and Foodnetwork.ca. She has food styled for Lucy Waverman at The Globe and Mail and Steven and Chris.
