Vladyslav Biloshapka
Vladyslav Biloshapka is a professor in the Department of International Management at Kyiv National Economic University. His specialization lies in strategic planning mastery and managerial performance for companies aiming for global prosperity. With over three decades of experience in consulting, coaching, and teaching, he has contributed to the successful transformation of many Ukrainian companies into competitive international players. His work challenges organizations to confront the reality that a comfortable, business-as-usual approach is rarely a viable strategy in today’s volatile conditions. Bridging disciplined academic inquiry with actionable management practice, he has developed practical frameworks that help organizations design, assess, and improve their strategy and leadership approaches, enabling sustained growth and competitive advantage.
Oleksiy Osiyevskyy is Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. His work is grounded in the conviction that entrepreneurship should be deliberate, reliable, and effective, serving as a repeatable source of opportunity-fueled growth for startups, established companies, and nations, rather than a lucky accident. With over 90 publications in leading academic and practitioner outlets, he has established a global research reputation for his work on business model innovation, organizational resilience, and the development of entrepreneurs. Beyond scholarship, Oleksiy has worked with numerous organizations, boards, and executives across different sectors, helping leaders translate strategic insights into executable growth plans with the same rigor and results-driven approach he applies in his research.
