Zongyu Huang
Zongyu Huang is a Professor in the Department of Physics, School of Physics and Optoelectronics, Xiangtan University, China. She holds a B.S. in Physics from Hubei University, China (2004), an M.S. in Condensed Matter Physics from Wuhan University, China (2006), and a Ph.D. in Physics from Xiangtan University, China (2014). Her research interests lie in the physical properties and applications of two-dimensional (2D) materials, explored through first principles calculation methods and advanced synthesis and characterization techniques. Her work has been published in over 50 peer-reviewed international journals, including Advanced Energy Materials and Nano Today.
Long Ren is a Professor at Shanghai University (since December 2024). Previously, he was a researcher at Wuhan University of Technology (2021–2024) and an associate research fellow at the University of Wollongong, Australia (2019–2020). He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wollongong in 2019, his M.S. from Xiangtan University in 2012, and his B.S. from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) in 2009. His research focuses on interfacial structures and properties of liquid metals and low-dimensional materials, the controlled construction and interface engineering of heterogeneous nanostructures with energy coupling effects, and the fabrication and applications of flexible functional devices.
Jianxin Zhong is a Distinguished Professor of Physics and Executive Director of the Institute for Quantum Science and Technology at Shanghai University. He received his Ph.D. in 1995 from the University of Cergy-Pontoise (now CY Cergy Paris University), France. His research encompasses condensed matter physics, computational physics, quantum dynamics and quantum control, and the design and growth of advanced quantum materials. He has authored over 400 peer-reviewed papers, accumulating more than 21,200 citations and an H-index of 74.
